This 3 bedroom can be rented as a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit as we can lock off if our guests do not need the 3rd bedroom with the twin beds.
During the holiday season, we will rent out the condo as a 3 bedroom only.
Housekeeping / beach towels are included in the rental. A washer/drier is provided for the housekeeper to do linen and towels and as a courtesy for our guests.
NO SMOKING / NO PETS.
There is no elevator to this unit which is on the 3rd floor.
